Maintaining your fitness goals can be a difficult thing to do. When people fall off the wagon they tend to stay off the wagon. It is discouraging, I know, I have been there. Stop comparing yourself with other people. Remember that you are becoming your best you, not your best guy next to you at the gym. One step at a time, keep your head DOWN, and bust your butt. You want to get a perfect body for you.

Brush it off, regroup, and get back at it. It is the only way that you are ever going to get any kind of long term success.
